How to do a NuViza Detox

Detoxification is important in our day to day lives, especially as we accumulate more "toxins" from our environment and consumption of food. Toxins can upset our immune system, lead to disease and have increased over time due to our modern diet.

Instructions

Day 1 | Step 1 (DETOX)

Morning: Light breakfast with little to no fat.

            Get your products ready:

            1. Take the DTX 1 and mix it with 24 oz. of organic apple juice.

            2. Store your DTX 1 mix in the fridge

            3. Make sure you have a fresh Grapefruit in the fridge for the DTX 2

Lunch: Light lunch, with little to no fat. For the rest of the day do not going to drink or consume any foods after 2PM.

(This way your liver will be prepped for step 2. This is to eliminate toxins and bio-stones from your liver.

Evening:

             6PM, drink 6 oz. of DTX 1

             8PM, drink 6 oz. of DTX 1

Day 1 | Step 2(DETOX)

Bedtime:

AFTER getting ready for bed, squeeze fresh grapefruit/lemon into the DTX 2 bottle. Take the straw and drink ALL within 5 minutes. As soon as you finish drinking the DTX 2, and lay down on your RIGHT side and, if possible, lie in the fetal position.

This position allows the DTX 2 to pool at the end of your Liver, creating a vacuum effect to pull the toxins out of your system.

Ejecting Toxins

Once you start experiencing bowel movements, you may go through 2-3 vigorous bowel movements in a short time period. This is normal. Once you start evacuating your bowels, start drinking lots of water!

Magnesium Sulfate Heptahydrate
